- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data migration projects
- Strong understanding of Endur ETRM systems

- Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in greenfield Endur ETRM implementations
- Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools and frameworks
- Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems
- Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines is a plus
