Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate mainframe Account Analysis system to a distributed/offhost solution
- Analyze, propose, and develop technical solutions based on user specifications
- Work with architects and analysts to create and edit design documents
- Perform unit testing, debug, and assist in program implementation
- Perform complex technical assignments independently and in team settings
- Work with outside vendor representatives and technical teams
- Understand industry standards, practices, and technical industry trends
- Analyze requirements, provide estimates, and propose technical solutions for small to mid-sized projects
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent job experience
- 3 years of professional systems experience in Windows and Linux environments
- Familiarity with banking applications preferred
- Knowledge of Windows Administration, Server, network/firewall, load balancing, SSO configurations
- Experience with version control practices and tools
- Understanding of key infrastructure areas (networking, SAN, security, etc.)
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with DataStage, Power Shell scripting, and job scheduler (preferably Zena)
- Understanding of application and infrastructure scans, project life cycle, and system change control processes
- Proficiency in DataStage job programming and Microsoft SQL Scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience with enterprise scheduling applications, ASG-Zena is a plus
- Ability to work with internal teams and business areas
- Attention to detail, creation of detailed documentation
- Customer service oriented and strong team building skills.
