- Role: Serving as a technical resource on all standard desktop applications for over 12,000 computer users.
- Technical understanding to independently resolve routine and non-routine software and/or hardware issues.
- Capacity to identify trends and suggest technical modifications to solve future problems.
- Ability to consult with clients and other IT professionals to resolve technical problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation of solutions that solve client problems and clear presentation of these solutions.
- Analysis of technical and user documentation for technical assistance and support.
- Knowledge and working experience with ServiceNow call tracking system.
