- Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to manage change activities such as training, process adjustments, and user adoption strategies.
- Drive Business Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups) to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in ETRM systems implementation, with a focus on Oil & Crude trading.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across business units and technology teams.
- Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- 10 years of experience in Program Management with a focus on Business Agile methodologies.
- Proven expertise in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems, with deep domain knowledge in Oil & Crude trading.
- Strong understanding of Business Change Management practices, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives and manage change in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs within the energy trading domain.
