About The Role
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Enterprise Applications Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Enterprise Applications Manager and cross-functional teams (IT, Accounting, Marketing) to ensure seamless operation and optimization of various firm-wide applications.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate, update, administer, and support enterprise management applications:

Marketing-related tools
Lead application implementations, upgrades, reconfigurations, and maintenance for finance, practice-specific, and marketing applications.
Administer Core Platforms
Microsoft SQL Server (including SSRS & SSIS)
Active Directory & Azure AD
Windows Server environments
Partner with various departments for project coordination and system upgrades while mitigating associated risks.
Execute periodic system maintenance (SQL optimizations, Windows updates, security patches).
Develop And Maintain Documentation For
System configurations and integrations
Disaster recovery procedures
Troubleshooting guides
Manage vendor support tickets and optimize system performance and storage utilization.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
✅ SQL Administration: Data queries, SSRS reporting, and application support.
✅ Programming: Proficiency in PowerShell, C#, Visual Basic .Net, HTML5, or equivalent languages.
✅ Windows Server Management: Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows environments.
✅ Legal/Professional Services Experience: Essential to understanding industry-specific applications.
✅ Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical personnel effectively.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years in managing, designing, and implementing enterprise applications in complex environments.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
Certifications: Microsoft and related certifications are a plus (not mandatory
