Job Description
- Administering access rights and entitlements to IT/IS systems.
- Verifying proper authorization and adhering to all security policy and auditing requirements.
- Fulfilling user access requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) with a primary focus on quality and accuracy.
- Working in a collaborative team environment to prioritize and distribute workload among team members.
- Verifying proper authorization on all requests for security access changes.
- Fulfilling requests to IT/IS systems in accordance with the controls and requirements governing information security access.
- Creating, modifying, and deleting user and service accounts.
- Modifying security entitlements within multiple security tables and repositories.
- Logging and tracking access changes and requests.
- Creating, modifying, and deleting security groups and attributes within multiple repositories.
- Creating, modifying, and deleting network file shares.
- Adhering to all logging and processing requirements established by the Security Governance and Internal Auditing.
- Tracking day-to-day requests and completing them within established Service Level Agreements.
- Resolving complex issues referred from the help desk related to security access.
- Provisioning access across multiple enterprise platforms and applications, including mainframe.
- Cross-training peers.
- Developing process documentation and procedures.
- Assessing and refining existing procedures and processes for continuous improvement.
- Developing metrics and analyzing performance.
- Receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.
