- 5 years' experience required with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows
- 5 years' experience required in collecting and documenting requirements, preferably with Waterfall and Agile methodology
- 3 to 5 years' experience needed in writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories
- 3 to 5 years' experience required with Microsoft Office including Visio (for process flow creation)
- 3 to 5 years' experience required using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops
