- 5 years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience required.
- 5 years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces required.
- 5 years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements required.
- 5 years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in a Sprint Development team required.
- 5 years of experience working with GIT code repository software required.
- 5 years of experience developing unit and regression tests required.
- 3 years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website required.
- Preferred skills include: 5 years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices, 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository, familiarity with Oracle database and Design patterns.
- The candidate will be working for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on a project for the Department of Health and Human Services.
- The role involves writing and testing code to implement the user stories and requirements for the Adoption Records Information Management System (ARIMS) web application.
