- The applicant must have experience in assessing, designing, and architecting data center network infrastructures (Cisco-centric) and AWS cloud environments.
- Key responsibilities include understanding data center requirements, coordinating with physical infrastructure teams, creating scalable network architectures, planning for high availability, and implementing security controls.
- The candidate will be required to ensure network design supports scalability and high traffic, prepare comprehensive documentation, select appropriate hardware and software, and oversee installation and configuration of network devices.
- The Network Architect will also need to conduct network performance testing, run stress tests, and work with management to estimate network infrastructure costs.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 14 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on data center networks. They should also have knowledge in Routing & Switching, network security concepts, and enterprise-grade firewalls.
- Preferred skills include knowledge of managing Infoblox, F5, and other network security devices, familiarity with SDN principles, and understanding how AI/ML can be applied to optimize network performance.
- The job also requires strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and preferably hold certifications in CCIE or Equivalent.
- Prior experience working for a large enterprise banking client is preferred.
