Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive OCM communication strategies
- Crafting targeted messaging and storytelling
- Creating communication materials
- Reinforcing purpose, benefits, and impact of organizational change
- Providing insights to leadership on change communication and stakeholder engagement
- Partnering with business leaders, HR, IT, and project teams to assess change impact
- Developing and executing stakeholder assessments and engagement plans
- Designing and delivering high-impact communication materials
- Establishing key success metrics for change communications
- Continuously refining communication strategies
- Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or corporate change communications
- Strong background in leading communication strategies for business transformation initiatives
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or healthcare industries preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with intranet platforms, collaboration tools, and digital engagement tools
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP implementations and change communication in complex IT programs
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools.
