Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the metadata infrastructure.
- Install and upgrade the Data Intelligence platform.
- Administer global search and index service within the Data Intelligence tool.
- Collaborate with teams to gather metadata requirements.
- Configure and customize ASG Data Intelligence.
- Administer business glossaries and contexts, creating user roles in Metability.
- Conduct metadata quality assessments.
- Debug and problem solve production issues.
- Communicate status, issues, and blockers with leadership.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in metadata management.
- Experience with data governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, data flows, data modeling, data architecture, and database design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Relevant certifications in metadata management or ASG Data Intelligence.
- Proficiency in administering and configuring ASG Data Intelligence.
- 2 years of experience in API development.
- Experience in the financial services (banking) industry.
