- Must have expertise in Healthcare claims and Medicare and/or Medicaid project.
- Experience in Blue’s or Cigna or United and others.
- Responsible for driving project delivery execution through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design.
- Ensuring coordination with various downstream teams for optimizing delivery of all programs and projects.
- Overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators, managing portfolio status, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders.
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.
- Managing coordination and communication between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout delivery.
- Initiating and coordinating project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis.
- Ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to delivery key business values.
- Must have experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources, achieving milestones and full delivery of technology and business needs.
- Need technical understanding to manage issues efficiently.
- Should have leadership, change management, and communications experience.
- Should have experience managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects.
- Should have business and financial acumen, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, management, and strategic problem solving skills.
- Will be working closely with the current Medicare product line team, the Business Solutions Lead, Medicare IT Product Support Lead, and Digital Lead.
- Role is also known as Portfolio Delivery Lead (PDL) and will be working in the Government Portfolio within IT.
- Responsible for delivery of all activities related to IT within the projects assigned.
- Will be working as a part of a Triad consisting of IT Del Lead - EPMO – Business Lead, with the Business Lead being the Key internal customer.
