- Experience with digital modeling is a plus.
- The ability to develop an experimental plan and collaborate with others is desirable.
- Job responsibilities include supporting global biologics manufacturing sites and other MSAT functional groups with the development and implementation of process modeling and new technologies.
- The Process Engineer will develop mechanistic/hybrid models to understand and predict drug substance and drug product processes.
- They will develop and implement advanced process modeling and technologies to achieve RFT process tech transfer/scale-up and enable real-time process monitoring/control.
- The Process Engineer will support process investigations and improvements with modeling expertise and process knowledge.
- The role involves collaboration with colleagues and external partners from various functions, such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Digital.
