The ideal candidate is a junior-to-mid-level analyst with a strong aptitude for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Partner with business stakeholders and other product analysts to elicit, document, and refine requirements.
- Ask insightful questions to identify gaps and drive value-added discussions.
- User Story Development & Backlog Grooming:
- Write clear, concise, and testable user stories to support Agile sprints.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to refine acceptance criteria.
- Testing & Validation:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
- Work closely with the validation team in a GxP environment to document compliance-related artifacts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between IT, Quality, and SAP teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to project cadences, providing business insights and reporting on product requirements.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related role (junior candidates with strong learning aptitude will be considered).
- Passion for learning and a disciplined approach to understanding SAP systems and GxP environments.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories for Agile projects.
- Exposure to UAT processes and supporting product validation in a regulated environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders.
