- Key skills required include leadership in technical roles, deep understanding of Salesforce platform components, and proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience with Omni Studio and proficiency in integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, and APIs.
- The candidate should also have knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools like Flosum/Copado, and version control systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce data model, familiarity with Salesforce data tools, ETL tools and excellent problem-solving abilities are also necessary.
- Desired certifications include Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Developer.
- Skills that are nice to have include knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.
