- Role involves occasional travel to the commission's headquarters for critical project phases including requirements gathering, solution confirmation, system integration testing, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care.
- Job revolves around implementing the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) based on SAP S/4HANA.
- Role requires understanding the client's needs and working with the System Integrator to implement a fully functional and reliable BRIM Application.
- Responsible for the functional and business process aspects of the BRIM implementation and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA Finance module.
- Selected candidate will study and understand the client's current and desired Billing and Revenue functionality.
- Role involves coordinating changes and designs to assure the client's needs are met.
- Duties include acting as BRIM subject matter expert, developing and maintaining plans, participating in project team meetings, conducting lessons learned sessions, and performing hands-on testing.
- Desired skills include 5 years of expertise in SAP BRIM implementations, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Microsoft Project, experience with ServiceNow in PPM and ITSM modules, knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP BRIM system functional support experience is needed.
- At least 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience is needed.
- Candidate must be located within the Continental United States; off-shore resources are not acceptable.
