Required Skills
- 5 years’ experience in a risk management, audit, or operational risk role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proven experience in developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures related to risk management.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Solid experience in auditing and assessing risk processes for effectiveness and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in Operational Risk or Audit at a Financial Institution
