- Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and deliver complex projects within the Oil & Crude trading domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage change activities such as impact assessments, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to maintain project momentum and continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Provide hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive Business Agile transformation initiatives, promoting Agile best practices and methodologies.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and change management deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trading desks, risk teams, and technology teams.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management with a focus on Business Agile methodologies.
- Deep domain expertise in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management), particularly within the Oil & Crude trading industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the energy trading sector.
- Strong understanding of trading desk workflows, including position keeping, P&L reporting, and risk metrics.
- Experience in Business Change Management, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ETRM platforms and trading analytics tools.
- Experience with risk management and compliance in the energy trading industry.
- Knowledge of Agile transformation and best practices for scaling Agile in large organizations.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is a plus.
