- Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Mode of Interview: Call/ Video
- Visa Type: USC, GC, H4-EAD only
- Support core applications, providing fixes to production defects and making enhancements.
- Evaluate defects, investigate causes and address defects.
- Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements/design specifications in Salesforce.
- Support integrations like Qualtrics, MDM, etc.
- Define business and user needs and processes, identify solutions, and work with project team/sponsors in identifying the best solution.
- Participate in requirements analysis and design applications based on system requirements.
- Promote top code quality and solve issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
- Build enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiency.
- 9 years of experience required.
- 5-7 years of experience developing in the Salesforce platform.
- Working knowledge of JAVA.
- Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science.
- Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce along with integrating Salesforce to other platforms.
- Salesforce Developer Certified (advanced certifications preferred).
- CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages.
- Clear understanding of software development methodologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Masters degree in information technology/equivalent.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations.
- Experience in a scaled agile environment.
