- Very strong in SQL Developer with Teradata
- Familiarity with Teradata models and command differences between MS SQL and Teradata
- Ability to program all or selected components of SQL applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity application defects
- Plus: Experience in Oracle, MS SQL Server and Teradata.
- Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining and supporting SQL applications
- Documenting components and applications
- Evaluating and learning new technologies and processes quickly
- Writing and reviewing design specifications, code, and unit tests
- Improving products or services using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues
- Solving complex problems independently
- Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience and possibly directing the work of other staff members
