In this leadership role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, including impact assessments, training, and communication strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems, while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Required Experience
10 years of experience in Program Management with a focus on Business Agile methodologies.
Proven expertise in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems, with deep domain knowledge in Oil & Crude trading.
Strong understanding of Business Change Management practices, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver strategic solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives and manage change in complex business environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs within the energy trading domain.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with leading Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Knowledge of risk management and compliance within the energy trading sector.
Familiarity with ETRM platforms and trading analytics tools.
Certification in Agile (e.g., SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
