TITLE: Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master
Duration: 12 months
Onsite – Detroit, MI – Onsite 1 day in a week
NO RELOCATION
MUST HAVES: Healthcare exp and Digital projects experience.

Engagement Description
Responsible for managing digital projects from conception, requirements-gathering, design, testing, and ultimately to launch. Ensures that projects are begun with a clear purpose and direction, and that they proceed according to defined goals and schedules to their completion.
Works closely with the Product Owner to help align project goals, objectives and schedules and communicates them to a cross-functional execution team. Ensures team members have a clear direction, requirements, and information needed to do their work, coordinates efforts, and manages the project schedule. Responsible for managing / facilitating the Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, planning sessions, grooming, and demos. Records and reports metrics on team capacity and performance.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Works with clients and product management to define project scope, objectives, schedules. Oversees effective, timely execution of projects. Facilitates client and project team meetings. Keeps business units/stakeholders informed of progress and changes throughout project lifecycle. Acts as communication liaison between business, technology and all supporting teams
- Acts as Lead Scrum Master on Agile projects – coordinates and lead activities, ceremonies, communication. Works with business lead to prioritize backlog prioritization. Leads estimation/sizing and sprint reviews with development teams. Leads all sprints to successful implementation.
- Engages with clients to establish project objectives and expectations
- Participates in innovation programs/ initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of scrum management experience.
- SCRUM certification is desired but not required.
- PMP certification is desired but not required.
- Proven experience presenting work to decision makers, stakeholders, and colleagues

- Solid understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
- Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects involving online applications and tasks
