- The role involves designing, planning, evaluating, and administering automation solutions across various platforms, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other automation tools.
- The engineer will work with Server and Security teams to identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and innovation.
- Tasks include designing, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps and automation solutions, assisting in maintaining cloud-based enterprise solutions, providing Tier 2 and 3 End User Support, investigating and troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analysis, documenting key policies, procedures, and governance, leading special projects, and responding to alerts.
- Skills required include 5 years of experience in systems engineering and automation, 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD connect and Office 365, operational experience with security protocols and procedures, experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, knowledge of infrastructure support, excellent troubleshooting and logical skills, a deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, an Associate's Degree or similar in a related field, and certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related automation tools.
