Job: Technical Program Manager
Client: Comcast
Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite only)
Responsibilities include managing complex IT programs, coaching on Agile processes, providing status reports, developing program strategy, adjusting project scope as needed, enacting Scrum values, communicating with IT and business leaders, delivering projects on time and within budget, tracking project milestones, partnering with business leaders, managing technical service engineering programs, establishing milestones, coordinating across multiple teams, and serving as a conduit between deployment and engineering.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience, Project Management certification required, extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools, outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and team building skills, able to work well in cross-functional teams, experienced Scrum Master with deep understanding of servant leadership.
