Job Summary (User Experience Digital Designer - UX/UI Designer)

- Location & Contract: 4-month hybrid contract in Boston, MA (Lexington); local candidates only.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital design or related field.
- Tools: Expert in FIGMA; proficiency with Miro, Axure, and design systems.
- Assess current web experiences for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and consumers.
- Conduct user interviews and discovery to identify needs and pain points.
- Analyze web analytics and user data to pinpoint challenges.
- Create and refine user personas, flows, sitemaps, and scenarios.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user testing.
- Design simple, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex business logic.
- Utilize and recommend improvements to existing design systems.
- Enhance information architecture and user flows based on research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, research, and external agencies.
- Gather and apply user feedback to future design iterations.
- Partner with market research teams to test and validate prototypes.
