Description
- Provide daily administrator support for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence
- Assist in improvement efforts including configuration and ad-hoc reporting
- Support the implementation of system upgrades
- Test system enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Document workflows and manage security
- Monitor data logs and manage releases
- Provide technical support to system users
- Perform quality audits on an ad-hoc basis
- Create test cases and test interfaces with various vendors and systems
- Required Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Minimum of 1 year of SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience
- Experience with vendor relationships
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Workday (Payroll, Payroll Regulatory Compliance, Absence and Time Tracking)
- System Administration and Advanced Report Development
- Ability to open cases, troubleshoot issues, manage release testing, etc.
