- Job Title: AI Implementation Manager
- Location: Jefferson City, MO (Onsite/Hybrid)
- Contract length: 3-4 months (May extend)

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- 5 years of multi-functional IT experience
- Proficiency in C#, Java, and/or Python
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms
- Experience in designing and debugging complex machine learning systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of AI principles, methods, and tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
- Successful background check results required

Key responsibilities:
- Integrate AI solutions in a safe, secure, and ethical manner
- Align AI technologies with organization's architecture and policy frameworks
- Assess organization's needs and guide implementation process
- Design, develop and implement AI systems and applications
- Collaborate with CIO leadership team to build the organization's AI vision
- Lead AI policy formation
- Provide guidance to expand and upskill AI workforce
- Serve as a liaison between CIO leadership and Agency leadership
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure AI implementations align with strategic objectives
- Conduct performance evaluation and fine-tuning of generative models
- Stay informed about emerging trends in generative AI
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of models, experiments, and processes.
