The standard schedule for this position is part-time, ranging from 20 to 29 hours per week. Shifts may be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with availability required seven days a week. This role is expected to last for 12 months.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Moving, setting up, and cleaning event-related equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, drapes, and livestock panels, while maintaining stalls.
- Ensuring event setups and teardowns are completed accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Contributing to facility cleanliness and maintaining an appealing event space as part of a team.
- Working at various event sites across The Ranch campus, including the Expo area, outdoor spaces, horse barns, livestock arenas, and the maintenance shop.
- Being available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Having reliable transportation.
- Reading and interpreting data sheets and layouts to minimize or eliminate the need for setup revisions.
What We're Looking For
- Flexible availability, as work schedules are determined by event needs.
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as forklifts, auto-scrubbers, auto-sweepers, skid steers, and more.
- Basic tech skills, including familiarity with email, phone apps, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow instructions for event setups, teardowns, and general maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience working in a barn or expo setting is a plus.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License preferred.
