Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, raking, and watering
- Maintaining flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Inspecting outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety, and removing litter, debris, and hazardous materials
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written

- Five years of ground maintenance experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
- Physical Requirement Strength - Medium
