Customer Service & Client Support
Provide professional and friendly service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Sales & Business Growth
Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Educate clients on coverage options and benefits.
Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling.
Follow up on leads and assist with policy quotes.
Meet or exceed sales goals and agency targets.
Administrative & Team Support
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Stay up to date with industry trends, policy changes, and licensing requirements.
Requirement
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must obtain or possess a Property & Casualty insurance license (Life & Health is a plus).
Salary : $15 - $18
