Job Title: Busser
Status: Part-Time, non-exempt
Pay Rate: $3.00/hour tips, non-exempt

Who We Are: Lark Brewing Co. is a new farm brewery located in Northern Virginia. Our brewery boasts an expansive indoor taproom, two scenic outdoor pavilions, private event spaces, and an exclusive club membership experience. We are dedicated to providing exceptional craft beer and food and memorable experiences for our patrons.
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit orgranized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Washing dishes and operating dishwasher.
- Scrub gasses, plates, serviceware.
- Stock and maintain supplies and equipment.
- Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to: mopping and removing trash.
- Transporting and storing clean serviceware.
- Removing used serviceware for cleaning from tables/bar area.
- Preparing and placing clean serviceware for events and functions.
- All other day to day activities necessary to keep the restaurant and kitchen areas running.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Move about facility and stand for extended periords of time
- Bend and stoop while performing job duties
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Dress per requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile.
