Our brewery boasts an expansive indoor taproom, two scenic outdoor pavilions, private event spaces, and exclusive club membership experience. We are dedicated to providing exceptional craft beer and food and memorable experiences for our patrons.
As a Guest Cart Ambassador at Lark Brewing Co., you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests as they journey from our parking lot to our main brewery taproom and back. Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests, engaging in uplifting conversations while safely navigating our golf cart and adhering to all safety protocols.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Drive guests to and from the parking lot to the main brewery taproom with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Engage in friendly and positive conversation with guests during transportation, showcasing knowledge about our brewery location and experiences.
- Ensure the safety of guests and yourself by adhering to all safety protocols and driving regulations.
- Provide exceptional hospitality, making guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with brewery staff to maintain a cohesive guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience through attentive service and genuine care.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Demonstrated ability to drive safely and responsibly, with knowledge of driving regulations.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
- Familiarity with the brewery's location and offerings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic brewery environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
- Ability to effectively listen and take directions from supervisor.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile.
