Key Job Responsibilities:
· Answer guest questions regarding the ordering process using QR codes, ensuring a comfortable guest experience.
· Alert Management to any guest reservations inquiries and special requests
· Build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and encouraging repeat visits by delivering personable and engaging service.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas by promptly clearing soiled tableware and offering fresh glassware as needed.
· Full Knowledge of all menu items, including food, beer, and wine, to enhance guest choices through informed suggestions and pairing options.
· Drive revenue growth by effectively implementing sales techniques and suggesting menu enhancements based on guest preferences.
· Assist in the prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, using detailed knowledge of table and pavilion locations.
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures of Lark Brewing Co., including strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
· Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, actively participating in general cleaning tasks and upholding health and safety standards.
· Manage table clearance and sanitation post-guest departure, coordinating the efficient transport of dishes and glassware to washing areas.
· Address guest concerns by communicating effectively with the Director of Operations and Hospitality, Assistant General Manager, and Shift Supervisors, and work collaboratively to resolve issues courteously and diplomatically.
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership skills
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for creating a memorable guest experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
