Lark Lawn & Garden Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with their outdoor power equipment needs. This role is essential to our sales and service operations, helping customers find the right equipment and parts while ensuring a positive experience with professionalism and expertise. We offer paid training to help you succeed, and commission opportunities to reward your hard work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email with equipment sales, parts lookup, and service inquiries.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Showroom & Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and stocked showroom and exterior sales lot.
- Sales Support: Process sales transactions, create quotes, schedule deliveries or pickups, and provide product demonstrations.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Recommend related services, rentals, and parts to enhance customer purchases.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a customer list for mailings and future sales opportunities.
- Administrative Duties: Answer and route incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and report weekly sales results to the Sales Manager.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training (self-directed, on-site, and off-site) to stay current on manufacturer offerings and industry trends.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales, parts, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
