What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales position at Lark?
We are reopening The Faust Hotel, with completely remodeled and re-imagined guest rooms, an exquisite new restaurant, and specialty spaces such as two patios, a private whiskey room, and an event space. The right candidate for this opportunity can both build out the role (with lots of support) and book future business for Rooms and Food, and Beverage.
With an expected opening of Fall of 2025, this role will be selling heavily into 2026 and then taking advantage of short term opportunities after our opening is more specifically designed.
We want a leader who can connect with the local CVB, reach out to feeder markets such as Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, and who can build local support from businesses by leveraging our various venues.
Compensation: $75,000 base and commissions, benefits, with target comp of $110,000
