Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling Rotations: Oversee the planning and scheduling of clinical placements for students, making sure all positions are filled appropriately.
Communication: Act as the main contact between our campus and affiliated schools to ensure clear communication regarding student placements and expectations.
Support for Students: Provide assistance and guidance to students about their clinical rotations, helping them with any questions or concerns they may have.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student placements and gather feedback to improve the rotation process.
Collaboration: Work closely with faculty and staff to enhance the clinical rotation experience and meet the needs of our students.
Qualifications:
Associates in Health Services Administration or
Previous experience in an administrative role or in a healthcare setting is a plus (minimum of 2 years).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Working Conditions:
This position will be based at the Palm Springs campus
8 hours | Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
