At Larkin, you will be working with our customers, sales, and production team to production products and services that meet/exceed job specifications. This will be accomplished by managing projects from start to finish and making certain that our customers' expectations are met.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receives quotes, reviews for detail and accuracy, coordinates with estimating.
- Create production tickets using the estimate information from sales and/or the customer.
- Manage specific projects with customers, coordinates with production to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor the quality and progress of assigned jobs to ensure that due dates are met.
- Communicate with customers, sales, and production team regarding scheduling and job questions.
- Provide feedback to customers and our team regarding issues that may affect the project, quality, and/or delivery.
- Perform quality checks and provide proofs or samples for customers.
- Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service environment
- Examples of taking initiative at previous roles
- Examples of MS Excel experience; Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- Print Finishing experience with an understanding of printing processes
- Willing to stand for 6-8 hours per day and check status of orders on the production floor
- Assertive and Proactive
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds at times.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
