Job Overview: Laroot World is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Operations Manager to oversee the labeling, packing, and coordination of all operations-related work within the company. This role is integral in ensuring efficiency, quality, and collaboration with the kitchen team, to help us reach the next level of Laroot World!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a small team in labeling, packing, and operational coordination.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with the kitchen team.
- Accurately label all products in a timely manner.
- Oversee and participate in packing all products in a timely manner.
- This position includes one PM shift per week.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- A team player who can work collaboratively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends.
- Availability for occasional calls during the week.
- Commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday. On Sundays, availability is required from approximately 7 PM until packout is complete, with Mondays intended for rest.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $50K annually.
