Lead Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

Job Overview: Laroot World is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Operations Manager to oversee the labeling, packing, and coordination of all operations-related work within the company. This role is integral in ensuring efficiency, quality, and collaboration with the kitchen team, to help us reach the next level of Laroot World!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a small team in labeling, packing, and operational coordination.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure seamless communication and coordination with the kitchen team.
• Accurately label all products in a timely manner.
• Oversee and participate in packing all products in a timely manner.
• This position includes one PM shift per week.

• Prior experience in kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• A team player who can work collaboratively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends.
• Availability for occasional calls during the week.
• Commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
• Flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday. On Sundays, availability is required from approximately 7 PM until packout is complete, with Mondays intended for rest.

Compensation:

• Starting salary: $50K annually.
