WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
LARQ is looking for an organized, analytical, and ambitious Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting time to join LARQ as we prepare to introduce several new products this year and expand our manufacturing footprint into new regions including the US, Mexico, and the EU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, experience working with external partners, and a passion for driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. This role will be critical in setting up new manufacturing lines, ensuring seamless production scaling, and maintaining the highest standards of quality from our co-manufacturing partners. In this role, you will work closely with LARQ’s headquarters and global manufacturing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with LARQ’s quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with LARQ’s requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and quality control procedures.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by working with contract manufacturers to scale production and ensure seamless transitions from prototyping to mass production.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between LARQ and contract manufacturers, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
COMPENSATION
This role's targeted hiring salary range is between $80k and $100k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training / education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
