Larrett Energy Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Directional Drilling Laborer. The Directional Drilling Laborer will assist the crew in daily tasks of excavation, spotting for equipment movement, drilling solution mixing, material handling, loading and unloading piping, hazard recognition, and hazard mitigation. This is an entry level position that will require training and testing within the first 90 days of employment. Safety is paramount over all activities and must be adhered to at all times.
Daily task will include but not be limited to:
- Excavating with Shovel
- Using Hand Tools
- Using Powered Equipment
- Climbing Ladders (above and below ground level)
- Assembling Heavy Equipment
- Assist in Heavy Equipment Lift Rigging
- Pipe Assembly
- Gathering and Storing Tools
- Greasing Equipment
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Zone
- Crew Truck Driver & General Laborer
Basic Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (Class C)
- Able to lift 75 lbs. frequently throughout the day
- High school graduate or GED certificate preferred but not required
- Previous Construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be able and willing to work 10 – 12 hr. workdays. 6 to 7 days a week
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Full Time – *** (Good opportunity for overtime however, hours may vary due to work schedule and inclement weather conditions) ***

***Annual wages may exceed maximum shown based on overtime.***
($35,360 to $48,620)
