Salary: $35360.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
- Engage with prospects to generate interest in insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, or business insurance).
- Qualify leads, develop price quotes and schedule appointments for licensed agents.
- Provide basic information about insurance policies and answer initial inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.
- Follow compliance regulations and agency guidelines when discussing insurance products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting to different customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus).
