The Home Health and Hospice Administrator directs the day-to-day operations in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Through strong leadership, organization, and management skills, the Administrator provides strategic direction in key business areas, including financial operations, human resources, business development, facility management, and patient satisfaction. The Administrator ensures that 5-star service standards are met, that each patient receives high-quality care, and that the financial goals of the organization are achieved.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a Home Health or Hospice agency is preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to relocate if necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
