Larry Walker Associates seeks candidates for a mid- to senior-level stormwater project manager/engineer who will support the growth of our stormwater and watershed management services.
Locations: Davis, San Diego, Santa Monica and Ventura, CA
Impact & Responsibilities:
- Watershed planning and implementation to fulfill permit requirements
- Stormwater program development (e.g., minimum control measures)
- Stormwater program assessment and recommendations
- Reasonable assurance analyses
- Local, state, and federal regulatory and policy evaluation
- Long- range strategic planning for stormwater/watershed programs
- Reviewing and authoring technical reports, memoranda, and comment letters
- Stormwater best management practice concept plans and design
- Stormwater resource planning
- Related civil/environmental engineering and environmental science projects
Must Have:
- 5 years stormwater experience, 2 years project management
- Bachelor's in engineering/environmental science
- MS4 Permits, TMDLs, and NPDES expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- CA PE license (or ability to obtain)
