JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Healthcare System is affiliated with a Hospital located in Central Florida, They have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Total Rewards to plan, implement and manage their total rewards program. You will be responsible for the development of the plan design, manage the operations and budget for all health and welfare, retirement, leaves of absence, workers compensation and supplemental benefits and the administrative salary programs. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AN ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL
SALARY and BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have a Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
2. Professional in Human Resources Certification required
3. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
3. Experience working with the administering of Benefits, Compensation and Total Rewards programs with a large employer of over 1,000 employees
4. Must have experience working with HRIS.
5. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations with emphasis on applicable benefit laws required.
6. Extensive computer skills including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Experience in an Acute Care Hospital
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Additional responsibilities for the Director of Total Rewards would be developing and monitoring the HR Operations on a daily basis for all personnel supervised under the Director of Total Rewards.
