This position oversees the Revenue Cycle Management for the client’s Durable Medical Equipment/Home Infusions(HME) sector.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will provide integrated oversight and management of revenue cycle activities for companies to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- The Director is responsible in accordance with SLAs to establish, monitor and manage all functional areas of the intake, billing, and collection operations to support optimized billing and cash flow.
- The Director assists with overall business planning, strategy, budgeting, trend analysis, evaluation, and performance of the Partner’s revenue cycle outcomes to achieve KPI’s and SLA expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline.
- Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with DME/HME billing REQUIRED.
Salary : $145,000
