Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diesel Mechanic at Larsen International in Fremont, NE. We are seeking a full time Technician/Mechanic with a minimum of (3) years of experience working on Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit, or International Engines. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance, and diesel mechanics tasks on heavy equipment. This includes performing preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of vehicles.
Qualifications
- E-Ability to do a full service on all diesel engines
- Diagnose and Repair nearly all components on a semi truck
- Air Conditioning
- Transmission/Clutch Diagnostics and repairs
- Knowledgable on Aftertreatment troubleshooting and Repairs
- Electrical Work: Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair on all electrical components
- Brakes, Drums, Wheel Seals, Wheel Bearings repairs
- Be able to properly perform a service call
- Class A or B CDL is NOT required but would be a bonus.
