Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with a minimum of 3 years of turning machine experience in setting up and operating CNC turning machines. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Efficiently set up CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to detailed specifications.
- Operation: Operate CNC turning centers, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality output.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections of machined parts to maintain adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to address and resolve any machining issues and improve overall processes.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of machine setups, production runs, and tool changes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience operating Haas Lathe machines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC lathe machines.
- Minimum of Highschool diploma or GED
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HAAS CNC Lathe experience a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
