Snow Operators and Sidewalk Team Members

Overview
We are seeking dedicated Snow Removal Technicians to join our team on a seasonal, on-call basis to assist with snow removal operations for our large commercial properties. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating snow plowing equipment such as Kubota UTV's equipped with small plows and salters, Snow-Rator machines, Snow blowers and good old-fashioned shovels to clear snow from designated areas efficiently and effectively. This position is on an on-call basis with some irregular hours between mid-November and Mid-April each year.

Duties

• If necessary, operate our snowplow trucks and equipment to remove snow from roads, parking lots, and walkways.
• Utilize our sidewalk machines such as a Kabota UTV with 6-ft V-plow and salter attachment, Snow-Rator machine, snowblowers and a hand shovel.
• Clear and salt all sidewalks and entrances.
• Perform pre and post-operation inspections on snow plow equipment.
• Clear snow using safe and efficient techniques.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and hours worked.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all areas are cleared in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in snow removal operations is preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, including mowing, irrigating, and hardscape work
• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• Strong ability to build, maintain, and dig in various outdoor settings
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 60 per week
