Job Description :
- Systems requirements development, support of system architecture, and support of test plan development.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles (ISO-15288, ASPICE, etc.).
- Understanding of functional safety (ISO-26262).
- Proven experience in system architecture development and requirements management.
- Ability to manage traceability, consistency, and validation of requirements.
- Familiarity with Li-Ion battery system functionality, safety, and performance.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with HW, SW, & mechanical engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear technical direction.
- Familiarity with Jama for requirements management is desired.
Pay range and compensation package :
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant Skills / Experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic / office location.
