Job Opportunity: HVAC Lead Installer
Position Summary: You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC installations in accordance with the company’s high-quality installation standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.
Abilities, Skills & Knowhow:
- Proficiency installing HVAC Systems
- Proficiency with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity technology
- Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
- Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
- Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
- Confident social skills
- Positive and enthusiastic
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years previous related experience
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the Company’s insurance carrier
- Must maintain the ability to pass a background check and regular drug screening
- Must have an EPA Certification
